Thank you for your interest in Freedom Power Sports, a family run business committed to serving all of its customers with the highest level of service possible. FPS was incorporated in March, of 2006 and was born out of another business the Free’s owned.

Their parent company purchased Cape Scooter & Mower Center in December of 2004, a business that was a landmark, lawn equipment sales/service business in downtown Cape Coral for over 26years. Bringing scooters on board for the first time ever in the small outdated facility of CS&M was just the beginning. In a bold move to expand and modernize the business, in March of 2006, Free relocated CS&M to a new and larger facility in the central part of Cape Coral where he created and joined Freedom Power Sports to the family corporation. Sharing the facility, the service center and the showroom turned out to be a great start for FPS. Sales and exposure grew, product lines expanded and FPS quickly out grew the shared facility.

Free’s passion, being a resident of Cape Coral for over 25 years was to create a dealership in Cape Coral, so crossing the River to neighboring cities would not be necessary, and provide the ultimate in quality products, a complete line of accessories/apparel and parts for all major brands of motorcycles, and scooters, and a service center with, MMI Certified Graduate technicians to deliver only the best when it comes to service/repair/ and customizing of it’s clients bikes. Free’s vision began to take shape when in June of 2007 he sold CS&M to concentrate on FPS. He immediately began a major renovation on a warehouse building next door to CS&M, where as a licensed General contractor and innovator of business design he started to give FPS a name and location of its own. With a redesigned image including the logo, Free’s vision became a reality when in January of 2008, FPS moved into its brand new facility. Joining the family business, Kacie (daughter) is the executive vice president, Adam (son) is the Sales Mgr., and Matt (son-in-law) is the true “mind-behind” the motor, Service/Parts Mgr.

Freedom Power Sports ultimate goal is to create personal relationships with their customers, to know them by name and to know their bikes.
